Dr. Zaffar Iqbal

Dr. Zaffar Iqbal has over four decades of valuable experience in field of medicine. After his graduation from Khyber Medical College (KMC), Peshawar, Dr Iqbal served Pakistan Army Medical Corps as Captain for two and a half years. Later, he obtained training at various hospitals, including teaching hospitals. After passing PLAB examination from the UK, he got diploma in Thoracic Medicine from the University of London. 

His professional experience include working as Locum Senior House Officer in Cardiology in Brook General Hospital and in General Medicine in Central Middlesex Hospital London. Later, he joined King Saud Hospital as Consultant Pulmonologist and Chief of Internal Medicine. Dr Iqbal has also served Jinnah Medical College, Peshawar, and Frontier Medical College, Abbottabad, as Assistant Professor. Before joining RMI as consultant pulmonologist, he remained District Chest Specialist at District Headquater Hospital Dagar, Buner.
