Dr. Javed Khan

Having an extensive experience working with multiple international hospitals, Dr. Javed Khan is practicing as 'Consultant and Head of Department of Emergency Medicine' at Rehman Medical Institute (RMI), Peshawar, since 2011. Dr. Khan is also serving Rehman College of Allied Health Sciences (RCAH) as 'Associate Professor Emergency Medicine'.

After his graduation from prestigious Khyber Medical College (KMC), Dr. Khan completed Post Graduate Clinical Fellowship [FCPS] in Emergency Medicine from Royal College of Surgeons, United Kingdom. 

He started his career as surgical registrar at the Khyber Teaching Hospital (KTH) but later moved to Australia where he practiced as 'specialist registrar' in emergency medicine at renowned hospitals for seven years. Dr Khan then moved to Ireland and worked as 'Locum Consultant in Accident and Emergency Medicine' in multiple hospitals before moving back home to Pakistan. In 2011, Dr Khan joined RMI as consultant and head of the department of emergency medicine and volunteered to initiate emergency department at RMI.
