Today, RMI hosted the launch of HistoVault v1, Pakistan’s largest histopathology image dataset and an advanced deep learning model, developed at Precision Medicine Lab in collaboration with the Department of Histopathology, RMI. This groundbreaking initiative, led by Dr. Faisal Khan – Principal Investigator, Precision Medicine Lab, which was a major step forward in medical AI innovation. The event featured an exclusive lab tour, an in-depth project overview, and keynote addresses from experts in medicine, AI, and research. Honored by Chief Guest Sajid Hussain Shah (DG Science & Technology Directorate) and CEO RMI Shafique Ur Rehman , CEO CECOS University Sohaib Tanveer , IMSciences, GIK Institute, and Rehman College of Nursing, the launch underscored the transformative impact of AI-powered solutions in healthcare.
