RMI Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Dept. Holds Awareness Session on Arthritis

RMI Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Department and Rehman College of Rehabilitation Sciences (RCRS) hosted a highly successful awareness session on Inflammatory Arthritis and Rehabilitation on the occasion of World Physical Therapy Day.

Dr. Afsha Khan, Consultant Rheumatologist at RMI, and Dr. Bilal Khan, Principal of RCRS RMI, were the knowledgeable facilitators who shared their expertise on Inflammatory Arthritis and Rehabilitation. Notably, Mr. Shafiq Ur Rehman, CEO RMI, leader from the PT&R department, including Mr. Muhammad Bin Afsar Jan, Dean Allied Health Sciences, and chief guest Mehboob Ur Rehman, Chairman MMI, graced the event.

The event was attended by participants from both public and private sector hospitals and educational institutions. It was a great opportunity for attendees to learn more about Inflammatory Arthritis and Rehabilitation, and to network with other professionals in the field.

The event concluded with a compelling skit presented by RCRS students. The skit showcased the success story of Mr. Abdul Hameed, who was able to manage his Inflammatory Arthritis with the help of physical therapy. This event was a joint effort by the entire staff of RMI Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Department and Rehman College of Rehabilitation Sciences. It was a great success, and it helped to raise awareness of Inflammatory Arthritis and Rehabilitation.

We hope to host more such events in the future. Thank you to everyone who attended!
