RMI Physical Therapy Department Conducts SCP Program for DPT Students

The Physical Therapy Department at Rehman Medical Institute (RMI) conducted the Supervised Clinical Practice (SCP) Program Batch - 07 for Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) students from MOU-affiliated institutes - PEF College and Ahmad Medical Institute (AMI).

This four-week program is an integral component of the students' annual clinical training, providing them with valuable hands-on experience in both inpatient and outpatient departments. During the program, students had the opportunity to work with experienced physical therapists and learn a variety of clinical skills.

At the closing ceremony of the program, Mr. Mohammed Bin Afsar Jan, Dean AHS/HOD PT Department, shared his insights on the initiation and importance of the SCP program. He emphasized the program's role in preparing future physical therapists to provide high-quality care to their patients. Notable attendees of the event included Bilal Khan, Principal RCRS and Ms. Mehwish Haider, Director Academics AMI.

The SCP Program is a valuable opportunity for DPT students to gain the skills and experience they need to be successful physical therapists. RMI is committed to providing its students with the best possible education and training, and the SCP Program is an important part of that mission.
