RMI Gynae and Obs Department Holds TOACS Session for FCPS-2, MRCOG, and MCPS Students

RMI's Gynaecology and Obstetrics department held an extended Task Oriented Assessment of Clinical Skills (TOACS) session for FCPS-2, MRCOG (Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists), and MCPS (Member of College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan) students on July 7, 2023. The session included multiple stations and a detailed discussion afterward, providing valuable feedback and enhancing the candidates' knowledge and skills in the field of gynaecology and obstetrics.

The modules covered in the session were:

* Risk Management

* Clinical Skills

* Teaching

* Medical Disorders in Pregnancy

* Menstrual Disorders

* Prolapse

The session was organized by Prof. Dr. Saima Gillani, HOD of RMI Gynaecology and Obstetrics department, along with Prof. Dr. Roeda Shams, Prof. Dr. Nasira Dawood, and Dr. Qamar Un Nisa.

The candidates were able to demonstrate their skills in a variety of clinical settings, and they received valuable feedback from the experienced faculty. We are confident that this session will help them to better prepare for their future careers in gynaecology and obstetrics.
