RMI Deanery Conducts Training on UpToDate to Enhance Clinical Expertise

RMI Deanery organized the 4th training session to enhance the clinical acumen of consultants and healthcare professionals through the newly introduced UpToDate — a point-of-care information platform by Wolters Kluwer. 

This advanced tool enables evidence-based practice by providing real-time access to the latest medical literature across 25+ specialties. 

The session, conducted by Dr. Jennifer Benjamin, senior customer success specialist, and Ms. Nabila, manager, medical knowledge, UpToDate, focused on optimizing the use of this platform for differential diagnoses, drug interaction analysis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. 

Attendees were guided on leveraging UpToDate for continuous medical education, including earning CME credits and improving bedside decision-making. 

Held under the supervision of Associate Dean RMI Dr. Muhammad Iqbal Wahid, the session reinforced RMI's commitment to integrating advanced digital resources into clinical workflows, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through up-to-date medical knowledge and best practices.
