RMI and PharmEvo Partner to Promote Medical Research Excellence
RMI and PharmEvo (Pvt.) Ltd. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote and facilitate medical research in postgraduate and undergraduate medical programs, with a focus on the Research Excellence Program (PREP). The MoU was signed by Prof. Dr. Shahzada Bakhtyar Zahid and Dr. Iqbal Wahid from RMI, and Dr. Masood Jawaid from PharmEvo, at a ceremony presided over by Mr. Shafique Ur Rehman, CEO of RMI.
The key objectives of the MoU include:
- Increasing publications
- Fostering a quality research culture
- Enhancing research-related capacity
- Making research rewarding
- Providing timely support
- Assisting in clinical study planning and publication
This collaboration is expected to set the stage for RMI and PharmEvo to promote research excellence and elevate the capabilities of medical professionals associated with RMI. The signing ceremony was attended by distinguished guests, including Chief Operating Officer RMI Col (R) Tariq Khan and Director Medical Services Brigadier Irfan Khan (R).
This is a great development for medical research in Pakistan. The MoU will help to increase the number of publications, improve the quality of research, and make research more rewarding for medical professionals.
