NIPA Peshawar Visits RMI to Unlock Public Service Excellence

The National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA), Peshawar, January 3 organized a strategic visit to RMI for participants of its 42nd Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC). The visit aimed to analyze RMI’s organizational structure, service delivery mechanisms, and key functional areas to uncover the secrets behind its consistent excellence in public service.

The NIPA team conducted an in-depth exploration of RMI’s operations, focusing on how its departments function as a cohesive unit to deliver exceptional public services. This was not merely a routine visit but a focused effort to understand the strategies and practices that drive RMI’s high performance.
The visit provided the NIPA participants with valuable insights into RMI’s operational framework, offering lessons on effective collaboration, efficient service delivery, and organizational excellence. The exchange proved mutually beneficial, as both institutions gained a deeper understanding of the strategies required to achieve and sustain excellence in public service.

This exchange was more than a learning opportunity — it was a chance to connect, share experiences, and inspire one another.
Both NIPA and RMI walked away with a deeper appreciation for the dedication and strategies needed to make a real difference in public service.
