Dr. Rafiq Afridi

Dr. Muhammad Rafiq Afridi is consultant ophthalmology at RMI, Peshawar. After his graduation from Ayub Medical College and completing house job, he moved to UAE and cleared the Ministry of Health (MOH) exam.

After passing FCPS-1, Dr Afridi started training at Lyton Rehmatulla Benevolent Trust (LRBT) Eye Hospital in Lahore. He has also practiced at the Khyber Teaching Hospital (KTH), Peshawar. Later, he passed FRCS from Royal College of Surgeons, Glasgow in 2010. He cleared his FCPS-2 in 2011. Before joining Rehman Medical Institute, he worked for three months as senior registrar ophthalmology at the Peshawar Medical College.
