Testicular Failure is a medical condition in which testicles re unable to produce sperm or male hormones such as testosterone. This rare condition is also known as primary hypogonadism.

- Loss of hair especially of armpit and pubic area
- Loss of Muscle mass
- Height decreases
- Growth of breasts
- Infertility
- Slow development or absenteeism of secondary male characteristics
Treatment
- Testosterone replacement therapy which includes gel, patch, or injection
