A diabetic coma is a critical medical condition that causes unconsciousness if a patient is having severe high blood sugar (hyperglycaemia) or having severe low blood sugar (hypoglycaemia).

- Fruity smell from mouth
- Stomach pain
- Shortness of breath

- Vomiting
- Fatigue
- Frequent urination
If a patient is hypoglycaemic following are the signs and symptoms
- Hunger
- Nausea
- Dizziness or lightheadedness
- Difficulty speaking
- Confusion
- Anxiety
- Fatigue
- Weakness
- Sweating
- Shakiness
- Nervousness
