RMI is a proud supporter and employer of hardworking, resilient and visionary women. Women are an integral part of the RMI family, and RMI couldn't achieve the current status of excellence if it weren't for these utmost professional women in the team.
In the spirit of International Women's Day, and to show-case RMI's commitment and gratitude towards empowered women, an event was organized by RMI on Monday, 8th March 2021 at the RMI Auditorium. The event was graced by Ms. Seelay Srak Rehman, Director RCN as the Chief Guest. Assistant Professor Medical Education Dr. Mahrukh Shah and Consultant Cosmetic Dermatologist Dr. Sofia Khan addressed the event, highlighting the role women have played in advancing their specific fields all over the world. Leadership roles amongst women, empowered employees and equal employment opportunities for women were discussed at length, confirming the importance of females in today's world.
To make the event more engaging, a quiz was held towards the end of the event, and a cake-cutting ceremony took place to symbolically affirm RMI's commitment towards Women Empowerment. CEO RMI Mr. Shafique Ur-Rehman addressed the event at the end, to acknowledge the role of women in today’s society. RMI is a proud employer of competent and hardworking women, and stands by them at all times.
