The Public Relations (PR&PW) department serves as the primary interface between clinical services and patient support, ensuring RMI’s mission of quality care is reflected in every interaction. Operating 24/7, with the main lobby reception staffed. This includes end-to-end facilitation for the patients and managing complaints efficiently.
Public relations policies
Simultaneously, the department upholds rigorous standards for data integrity and safety. PR&PW strictly enforces policies to maintain a dignified environment. The department is staffed with multilingual personnel to assist patients from Afghanistan and other regions. Their core responsibilities include preregistering patients; guiding patients and attendants; addressing complaints; collecting feedback; performing protocol duties; and providing knowledge about the hospital’s structure, departments, and facilities.
