The Public Relations (PR&PW) department serves as the primary interface between clinical services and patient support, ensuring RMI’s mission of quality care is reflected in every interaction. Operating 24/7, with the main lobby reception staffed. This includes end-to-end facilitation for the patients and managing complaints efficiently.
Simultaneously, the department upholds rigorous standards for data integrity and safety. Public Relations (PR&PW) strictly enforces policies to maintain a dignified environment. The department is staffed with multilingual personnel to assist patients from Afghanistan and other regions. Their core responsibilities include preregistering patients, guiding patients and attendants, addressing complaints, collecting feedback, protocol duties, and providing knowledge about the hospital’s structure, departments, and facilities.
