Panel Affairs/Inpatient Revenue Management (IRM) is a one-window operation where OPD and IPD services, including patient admission, discharge, and billing, are provided under one roof.
IRM facilitates cash patients, Sehat Card patients, as well as patients from more than 70 panel organizations, including government departments, insurance companies, INGOs, banks, and other B2B partners. The department operates 24/7 throughout the month to ensure uninterrupted services.
For panel patients, IRM representatives remain in close coordination with the Points of Contact (POCs) of respective panel organizations to verify patient eligibility and obtain timely approval of treatment limits, ensuring that patients receive treatment as quickly as possible. We offer various slabs of discounts to panel patients in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) we have with different panel organizations.
For the convenience of cash patients, multiple payment options are available, including cash counters, ATM facilities, and online fund transfer, enabling patients to complete payments and receive services without delay. IRM also facilitates patients under relief panels, through which RMI provides significant discounts to deserving and financially needy patients, ensuring access to healthcare for those in need.
