RMI’s nursing staff takes a proactive role in the prevention and management of chronic diseases in adult and geriatric patients. Their goal is to provide “excellent healthcare” around the clock with a focus on the patients’ needs. The nursing staff plays a vital role in the day-to-day assistance of patients as they provide the majority of the personal care for patients, including administration of medications, monitoring blood pressure and glucose levels, and assistance with mealtimes, mobility, and hygiene.
