ICHR-2026 Closing Ceremony

ICHR-2026 Closing Ceremony: The three-day ICHR-26 concluded after extensive academic engagement, bringing together participants from across Pakistan and abroad. With fully attended sessions and active discussions, the conference reflected growing credibility and a shared commitment to improving healthcare through research and collaboration.

Chief Guest Prof. Dr. Rizwan Taj, President PMDC, praised RMI for taking the lead in organizing a successful and important conference. He described Prof. Dr. Muhammad Rehman, Chairman and Founder of RMI, as “an institution in himself” and appreciated RMI’s strong standing with PMDC.

He encouraged researchers to focus on meaningful work that improves everyday lives, pursue international grants, and contribute to impactful scientific research.

Certificates were awarded to organisers and position holders across multiple categories, including rapid-fire sessions, quiz competition, verbal presentations, and poster competition, recognising their contributions and achievements.

Prof. Dr. Ghulam Rasool, Patron ICHR-26, described the conference as “the power of knowledge in motion.” He stressed that data and analysis must be translated into decisions that strengthen communities and safeguard the shared future.

Chairman ICHR-26, Dr. Naseer Ahmad, termed the conference remarkable, noting that more than 2,000 participants attended from across Pakistan and abroad, both physically and online.

He said the conference continues to grow with each passing year and highlighted that all major areas of healthcare were covered, including medicine, rehabilitation, nursing, and dental sciences.

CEO RMI, Shafique Ur Rehman, said it was an honour to host another edition of ICHR-26 despite challenging regional conditions, when many events were being postponed or cancelled.

He said the conference provided an important platform to exchange ideas and research aimed at addressing regional healthcare challenges, particularly in areas with a high burden of disease.

The conference concluded with a shared resolve to carry this momentum forward, with ICHR set to continue strengthening research, collaboration, and impact in the years ahead.
