Dr. Afrasyab Altaf is a cardiologist practicing at Rehman Medical Institute (RMI). His expertise lies in Interventional Cardiology and Cardiovascular diseases with over 21 years of experience in the field.
After MBBS from Baqai Medical University, Karachi, he did MS (Internal Medicine - Cardiology) from Tongji University (Shanghai, China), then Ph.D. (Cardiology) from Dalian Medical University, China and Fellowship at Royal College of Physicians, Edinburg.
Additionally, he is a member of several medical societies such as Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) and International Society for Heart Research to name a few. Dr Altaf has keen interest in research and has publish several research papers in high-prestige journals.
