RMI is proud to be part of the 23rd Health Asia International Exhibition & Conference Karachi 2026, bringing together healthcare leaders, professionals, and experts to shape the future of healthcare.

The conference was honoured by the presence of Mr. Mustafa Kamal, Federal Minister for National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination, as Chief Guest, underscoring the importance of collaboration and innovation in strengthening Pakistan’s healthcare landscape.

Representing RMI, Shafique Ur Rehman, CEO RMI, shared his insights on “Telemedicine and Remote Patient Monitoring,” highlighting the role of digital health in expanding access, strengthening continuity of care, and enabling safe, quality healthcare delivery.

He also participated in the Healthcare Quality & Patient Safety session on “Advancing Excellence in Care Through Quality, Safety & Continuous Improvement,” alongside Raza Khan, Associate Director Clinical Operations, RMI. Their participation reflected RMI’s continued focus on patient safety, clinical quality, innovation, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Day 1 provided a valuable platform for meaningful dialogue, knowledge exchange, and collaboration across the healthcare ecosystem.

FCPS Training Programmes Offered

Applications are invited for FCPS training in the following specialties:
– General Medicine
– General Surgery
– Obstetrics & Gynaecology
– Paediatrics
– Anaesthesia
– Cardiac Surgery
– Cardiology
– Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia
– Pulmonology

Residents will be offered a competitive enhanced monthly stipend.

RMI provides a comprehensive and structured learning environment including:
– Teaching rounds
– Grand rounds

– Advanced simulation-based training modules

Residents will have access to additional certification courses including:
– Bioethics
– Research Methodology
– BLS AHA (Provider)
– Advanced SPSS
– Professionalism
– Clinical Skills & Simulation
– Artificial Intelligence in Medical Education

– Selection shall be based on:
– Merit as per MBBS marks
– Minimum six months job experience after House Job
– Preference will be given to candidates having relevant experience
– Multiple Mini Interviews (MMI)
– Preference will be given to RMC graduates

– For sub-specialty applicants, a minimum of two years training/experience in the relevant general specialty is mandatory
-Paid processing fee receipt
Processing Fee: Rs. 3,000/- (Non-refundable)
