Contours Gym
To support athletes, staff, and students in maintaining optimal fitness, conditioning, and recovery from injury, the Rehabilitation Department at RMI houses a fully equipped fitness facility known as Contours Health & Fitness Club. The gym is supervised by qualified physical therapists and certified fitness trainers who focus on individualized fitness and rehabilitation needs in a safe and professional environment.
Gym Access
Gym facilities at Contours Health & Fitness Club are available for RMI staff, students, and public clients, ensuring inclusive access to high-quality fitness services.
Gym Rules
- All gym fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Monthly packages expire on the 1st of each month and must be renewed by the 5th of every month.



Gym Packages
A one-time registration fee of Rs. 2,000/- is mandatory for all members.

- Body-Weight Training: Resistance-based exercises using your own body weight, such as push-ups, squats, and lunges.
- High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT): Short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief recovery periods to improve endurance and burn fat.
- Yoga Programs: Multiple forms including Power Yoga, designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and mental well-being.
- Group Personal Training: Small-group sessions involving two to three participants at the same time.
- Circuit Training: A structured sequence of 6–10 exercises performed consecutively with short rest intervals to improve overall fitness.
