Prof. Dr. Maqbool Ahmed Baloch is a leading Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) and Cochlear Implant Surgeon in Pakistan, recognized for his expertise in voice restoration and voice modification surgeries. He has successfully performed over 1,000 cochlear implant procedures. He previously served as Associate Professor and Head of the Department at Niazi Medical College.
