Dr. Bilal Khan is Principal/Assistant Professor at Rehman College of Rehabilitation Sciences and Consultant Physical Therapist at Rehman Medical Institute. He holds a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy from Ziauddin University Karachi, a Post-Professional DPT from Gandhara University, and a Master’s in Neurological Physical Therapy from Khyber Medical University. He previously served as Senior Physical Therapist at Gandhara University, Incharge Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation (2021–2023), Acting HOD and Vice Principal (2013–2016), and is Board Member of Pakistan Physical Therapy Association.
