Library membership is open to all students, faculty, consultants, doctors and staff of RMI and allied institutions. Every user must fill a library membership form, duly signed & stamped by a concerned department head. The form is available at library circulation counter.
* The college student and employee service ID card will use as Library Membership Card. Members are allowed to borrow materials from the library, as per library lending rules.
* Student membership will remain valid up to the duration of the programs in which they are enrolled. Library membership valid for faculty, consultants, doctors & all staff till duration of their service.
* Members are bound to obtain 'library clearance' at the end of membership.
How to get a college/ library card
Card for Students
Student ID cards are issued by their respective student affairs department to students. They are advised to bring their ID card for identification & issuance; otherwise books will not be issued.
Card for Faculty/ Consultants/ Doctors/ Staff
The employee service card will be issued by the HR department and used as library card. Books are issued as per policy and may request for photocopies from books and periodicals for which they will be charged.
Validity and Renewal of the Cards
All cards are valid only for specified period.
All library registered staff members shall report to HR department & students to their concerned student affairs sections.
